3. AI Interaction
POPUP.AI includes AI-assisted functionality such as Lumia and other intelligent platform systems.
Depending on the feature and system configuration, AI interactions may be processed through POPUP.AI systems, local AI systems, cloud AI providers, or Lumia orchestration services.
Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature should not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and may require human review.
4. Creator Content and Uploads
Content uploaded for publishing may be stored and processed as necessary to provide creator and streaming functionality.
Some uploads may instead be submitted temporarily for AI-assisted analysis. These analysis uploads may be handled differently from content intentionally published by a creator.
POPUP.AI may maintain metadata, summaries, processing records, or other information associated with platform functionality even where a raw temporary file is no longer required.
5. Payments and Payment Identity
Where a user uses payment, payout, subscription, creator support, advertising, boost, or other financial functionality, POPUP.AI may process information needed to operate and document the relevant transaction.
Payment-related processing may also involve payment providers, financial institutions, or other services selected for the relevant transaction.

Certain POPUP.AI functions may rely on third-party infrastructure or service providers, including hosting, payment, analytics, AI, communication, or other technical services.
